Young Beagle long (to the ground) dark ears spotted 11/28/21 at 10 AM on the Northbound side of 75 near Cumberland River, about a mile south of exit 15, maybe near Cumberland River, near Wofford Kentucky. Walk south of exit 15 on the northbound side of 75, pass deer carcass (if it wasn’t picked up yet) guardrail, hill and then there is a river or creek on left, maybe Cumberland river? He turned left there. I tried to get him but lost sight of him and also had a dog in my own car. 🙁 There were buildings in back of the woods so hoping he went to those. I reported to the police, shelter etc.
